Background: When Lucy was 4 she was taken by an organization that trains young children to be weapons and mercenaries for the government. By the time she graduated Lucy was head of her class in all aspects. She exiled in everything the organization threw at her which ultimately messed with her mind as well. However due to her mind games when killing an individual she often refers to herself as their angel leading them to a better place. Hence her codename. Despite her traumatic childhood Lucy wouldn't have it any other way.
